We wanted to try and bring my appointment forward if possible as my dressing was coming the wound. The receptionist tried her hardest to find us a slot at either surgery but unfortunately there was nothing available and she put me on the cancellation list that day just in case there was one. She was very apologetic that she couldn't help.

Saw HCA for blood tests. Didn’t introduce herself or explain what she was doing. Just said sit down and I’ll do your bloods I work in health care and always introduce myself and explain what I’m going to do.

Advise staff to introduce themselves and explain what they are going to do before they do it.

Long phone waits at times. Receptionists much improved these days, very helpful and pleasant.
